Its 1.8mm aluminum body promotes fast and even heat distribution, while the Starflon Max non-stick coating on both the interior and exterior helps prevent food from sticking and makes cleaning easier. The coating is also PFOA-free.

The casserole includes a tempered glass lid with steam vent and stainless steel rim, allowing you to monitor food while cooking. Heat-resistant Bakelite side handles and a nylon lid knob provide safer handling during use.

The casserole is also dishwasher safe and suitable for gas, electric and glass-ceramic cooktops with electric resistance.
